Born and raised in Caithness, Sutherland, amongst the Highlands of the far-north, Scottish Chef Grant MacNicol's knowledge of sourcing Scotland's finest fayre and preparing and cooking it in ways few others could hope to equal is unrivalled... As the son of a gamekeeper from a rural estate, Grant was raised with an intuitive knowledge of food from both land and sea and how best to prepare and cook it. Bringing out the best of local seasonal produce and using his trademark combination of traditional and innovative skill and knowledge empowers Grant to create memorable food.
