Andy Navarrete

Andy joined The Network team in June of 2018. In his role, Andy assists new advisors as they affiliate with The Network. Additionally, he serves as the primary service contact for advisors initiating relationships with custodians outside of LPL Financial. Working with advisors and their staff, Andy supports offices as a liaison to the custodian and provides assistance with associated on-boarding activities. Prior to joining The Network, Andy worked as a Relationship Associate at Churchill Management Group based in Los Angeles. At Churchill, he supported Financial Advisors and Sales Executives while managing relationships and serving as chief liaison between clients, the Home Office, and a variety of discount and full service brokerage firms. Andy lives in Orange County and enjoys traveling and attending music and food festivals on occasion. Aside from traveling and eating, he has been playing the drums for over 20 years with his Latin jazz band formulated by his older brothers and a family friend.

Anthony Tsang

He is also responsible for conducting ongoing compliance program monitoring and regulatory filings with the SEC for The Network's Hybrid RIA. Anthony joined The Network in 2006 and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his financial services career in 2000 with Charles Schwab as a registered representative and subsequently held various positions at Citibank and Bank of America as a client relationship manager for high-net-worth clients. With over six years of experience on the sales side of the industry, Anthony understands the increasing regulatory challenges our advisors face today and enjoys helping protect their practices. Anthony lives in San Francisco with his wife, Margaret, and their son. The family loves to travel to many places in the world - Tokyo, London, Tahiti and Senegal, to name a few - to explore local eateries and bring back new culinary ideas.

Eric Hewitt - Chief Compliance Officer

Eric joined The Network in July 2012 as a Compliance Supervisor. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he began his career in 1996 with E*Trade Securities in Rancho Cordova. During his tenure with E*Trade, Eric held many different positions in operational departments such as trading and purchases & sales. He joined BancWest Investment Services in 2006 as a senior operations specialist, soon moving to the position of compliance officer, and finally regional business supervisor. Eric is a native of the Bay Area, having grown up in Palo Alto, but now resides in the small Northern California college town of Davis. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Leia, and their three children, Trevor, Bradley and Natalie. The family has a lot of pets to care for, including two dogs, four cats and six chickens. Eric has coached AYSO soccer for over 10 years and is currently active in coaching his daughter's team. Additionally, Jeremy leads The Network's Portfolio Consulting Services Team, providing an à la carte virtual CIO service including portfolio design, trading and rebalancing. Jeremy's prior experience includes the establishment and management of a natural resource hedge fund, Stowe Partners LLC, has published two indices and launched two ETF's. Jeremy's career began in the field of technology as an executive and risk manager, successfully selling his technology company in early 2000. With a keen interest in investing and a personal track record of success, he entered the field of investment management by joining JBT Financial LLC, a Michigan-based hybrid RIA. During this period, Jeremy developed the Quantitative Allocation Methodology™ for the design and management of investment portfolios. He then expanded his role and began managing portfolios as a co-advisor with other advisors and practices within The Network.
