Vicky started her career in a clinical setting before moving to medical billing and finally administrative and leadership development roles. She has over 25 years of billing and coding, practice management, and leadership training experience. She earned her bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University, holds a master's degree in Business Administration from AIU and is also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
Vicky has been a long-standing member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
