We understand circumstances out of our control can arise and cause the occasional reason to cancel. All Stylists try their hardest to work with patience and understanding. Each independent Stylist is in control of their own bookings and schedule and will make the decision to charge for cancellations as they see fit based on their business... Blind dates are a thing of the past. We want to be able to see your hair in person and come up with a plan together. At a consultation we are able to talk about your hair's past (good and bad), your hair goals, your budget, and your lifestyle. We want to make sure everyone is on the same page, has the same expectations, and that the sparks fly. If you're ready to book your extension installation or custom color appointment after your consultation, we can certainly do it right then and there!...
