Mind Ally is built by people with "lived-experiences" related to mental illness, addictions and suicide... Our team has come together with a shared purpose to try and make a difference in how people experience mental health challenges. Although Mind Ally is our name, it is also a statement, a perspective. Where, when we can see our mind as an ally, we open ourselves to our potential and the opportunity to tune in to the intelligence of our emotion. Through strategy, skills development and community, we are here to inform, guide and support you and your loved ones on a gentle path towards a greater sense of well-being, purpose and belonging... Mind Ally is building a movement to democratize mental health supports through peer support, resources, and collaborative partnerships.
