Moncrief Construction Limited (MCL) is a general contractor specializing in power and communications line construction, industrial electrical work, heavy civil construction, and aggregate production... Since our beginnings, MCL has grown to employ close to 100 year-round personnel, with up to 200 additional seasonal workers and over 200 pieces of equipment. We are proud to be part of a number of partnerships and joint ventures with First Nations communities in the region, and to be members of numerous prequalification, safety, and construction associations.
