Celeste van Wyk obtained her L.L.B. degree from the North-West University in Potchefstroom in 2009. Following her studies, she was employed as an assistant in the Legal Services Department of the Knysna Municipality, and thereafter she served her articles at C J Ballan Attorneys in Knysna, practising there as an Associate after being admitted as an attorney in 2013. Celeste joined Mosdell Pama & Cox Inc in 2015 and she practices in the Commercial and Litigation Departments in our Knysna offices. She inter alia manages the offices correspondent litigation department, attends on the firm's Motion Court proceedings and deals with a variety of commercial, collections and Family Law litigation matters. She was appointed as a director on 1st March 2021.

Cindy Allan assisting farm occupiers in ensuring that they retain their human dignity throughout an eviction process and negotiating with the land owner to reach an amicable settlement for all.
Cindy Allan is a consultant at the firm's Plettenberg Bay office. She is a general practitioner, notary and conveyancer. She received the Cape Law Society certificate for the highest results achieved in 2008 Attorneys Admission Examinations.
She is qualified as a CD/ACDS and International CEDR Accredited Commercial Mediator and attends to commercial litigation in the Magistrates Court, High Court or through Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.
Cindy has vast experience dealing with all forms of evictions whether called to assist property occupiers/ tenants or land owners/ managers.

Douglas Henney is the Regional Director representative of the Phatshoane Henney Group at the firm, representing the interests of the Group at Board level.
Douglas Henney is the Regional Director representative of Phatshoane Henney Attorneys at the firm. As Regional Director, Douglas represents the interests of the Phatshoane Henney Group of Associated Law Firms at the firm and is responsible for strategic aspects of the Phatshoane Henney Group at the firm, monitoring compliance by the firm with the Phatshoane Henney Group Standards, and overseeing the implementation of specialist legal services at the firm to enhance the service offering of the firm to its clients.
Douglas is a practising attorney with extensive experience in property law, conveyancing and land and town development and planning. Douglas is also an experienced litigator and insolvency practitioner.

Ed Harris, a consultant at the firm, practises in the fields of conveyancing and liquor law. He joined Mosdell, Pama & Cox Inc.'s Knysna office in October 2009.
He holds a BA LL.B degree from Rhodes University. He is admitted as an attorney, notary public, conveyancer and auctioneer, and was a partner at a firm, Minchin and Kelly, in Mafikeng for 20 years.
Ed was a founder member of the Law Society of Bophuthatswana in 1986 and served as president from 1989 to 1992. He moved to Knysna in 1997 and practised in partnership and for his own account until he joined Mosdell, Pama & Cox Inc.'s Knysna office in October 2009.

She obtained her B.Com Law degree from R.A.U. in 2004 and her LL.B degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2006, which she obtained cum laude. Julie also holds a Higher Diploma in tax law obtained from the University of Witwatersrand in 2008.
Julie completed her articles at Mosdell, Pama & Cox Inc. at the end of December 2017, following her exposure to various fields of the law. She has shown an interest in furthering her studies by completing her notary and conveyancing exams next year. Prior to joining the firm, Julie was employed as a tax consultant by PricewaterhouseCoopers in Johannesburg for a period of four years. She attended primarily as an International Assignments Specialist advising expatriates on their correct tax status, while compiling opinions for various companies' taxing procedures for employees.
Julie spent time assisting her husband in the management of his business before their family relocated to Plettenberg Bay in 2015. She has two children and enjoys active running, forest hikes and pilates.
Mosdell Pama and Cox Inc has recently employed two new employees in the Knysna Office; Julie Maynard and Nathylia Bruiners. Julie has joined the firm as a Candidate Attorney and Nathylia has been employed to assist in the administration of deceased estates.
Kiana Venter joined Mosdell, Pama & Cox at our Plettenberg Bay offices at the start of 2022.

A consultant at Mosdell, Pama & Cox Inc., Louis Nel heads the Administration of Deceased Estates Department which entails the drafting of wills, both straightforward and complex.
Perino Pama practises mainly at our Plettenberg Bay office but is available by appointment to consult at our Knysna office. He holds the degrees BA, LLB and LLM (Masters in Public Law) (UCT) and is a notary.

Roy was appointed as a consultant at Mosdell, Pama & Cox in November 2019. His strong academic background and years of practical experience as a senior attorney in a large city firm make it possible for him to assist in a wide spectrum of legal matters.

Sonja Oelofse is an associate at the firm's Plettenberg Bay office. She is a general legal practitioner with experience in liquor law, debt collection, commercial drafting and labour law.
