°MEQU was founded in 2011 by Ulrik Krogh Andersen. On request by the Danish military the Danish Technology University (DTU) was looking for an effective portable blood warmer, and the development process was made in close collaboration with the military and medical experts ensuring that the product would meet the requirements from the military... Our mission is to make it possible to provide warm blood to any bleeding patient - regardless of where the injury takes place. Being in a remote place far from a hospital should never justify giving patients cold fluids... Our board of directors is a team with extensive experience from the medical device and life science industries and are actively involved in the development of °MEQU. In °MEQU we value our board members, who have a strong track-record and in-depth insight into our industry, customer segments as well as experience in building global companies - bringing us from a more R&D focused company to a successful international sales..
