While still studying Interpersonal Communications at Purdue University (Ft. Wayne ext), Daryl not only balanced a full-time job at a local manufacturing plant, but was able to obtain his first supervisory opportunity. There was no looking back. During the next 25 years in manufacturing, 3rd Party Logistics and finally in the Financial Services industry he went from that department Supervisory position to Directing the global initiatives in Revenue Recognition and Assurance of a $7B company then finally co-founding two Service based businesses

Ivan brings over 11 years of experience within the BPO industry. Ivan started as a technical support representative for one of the biggest TELCO companies in the US. He got promoted to a team leader position after 5 years with the same company. Two years later, he joined one of Accenture's health care account as a supervisor.

Ivan Nikko Jerez grew up on a farm with the family. Life was simple. Finished the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science as a working student. During the daytime, Ivan worked as a Graphic Artist, Sales Agent, and Computer Technician to earn money for school. He spent half of his night at school - studying.
