Church has a strong financial background as he previously spent 34 years in the Commercial Real Estate industry where he worked for Wachovia Corporation, Wells-Fargo Bank, and SunTrust Bank. Church has quickly become proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional Loans and he understands the importance of providing excellent customer service and 100% transparency in all aspects of the home financing process.

Cole McInturff

Mr. McInturff is a Loan officer for Home Savings & Trust Mortgage and is a recent graduate of James Madison University where he played Center Field on a baseball scholarship. He is a life-long Centreville, VA resident and attended Westfield High School. Cole understands the value of teamwork and a strong work ethic, and is committed to helping customers with any of their financial needs to make the process of buying or refinancing a home as smooth as possible.

Gary McInturff - President

Mr. McInturff, a native of Arlington, Virginia, is the CEO of Home Savings & Trust Mortgage. Gary graduated with a degree in Business Finance from George Mason. He then worked for Cameron Brown for 14 years, where his office was the top loan producer for over 7 years. In 1991, he led a Net Branch of Briner Incorporated Mortgage Bankers. He honed his skills in the mortgage business, and he established a reputation of integrity and hard work. In September of 2003, Gary decided to found his own company, Home Savings & Trust Mortgage. Gary is excited to provide all of his client with a first-rate mortgage experience.

George Light - Founder, VP

George is a Co-Founder and Vice President of daily operations. Jordan Light Montgomery

Jordan Light Montgomery joined Home Savings & Trust Mortgage as a licensed loan officer in the summer of 2017. Jordan received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American University. Jordan enjoys helping homebuyers by providing clear and transparent information on the home financing process. Jordan has quickly become proficient in FHA, VA, VHDA, USDA and conventional loans. Jordan has grown to love the area from her upbringing in Northern Virginia and attending high school in Maryland (Good Counsel). Jordan was a four year scholarship player and two time co-captain for American University women's basketball team. During her time at American, she made an appearance in the NCAA tournament as the first team in school history to do so. Jordan is active in her church (National Community Church), enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Lisa Ray

Ms. Ray is originally from Southwest Virginia. She moved to Northern VA in 1987 where she started a career in the mortgage business as a loan processor. She is now a Loan officer for HSTM and brings a broad range of experience to her position. Lisa has managed processors and was an underwriter as well. Her experience and knowledge is second to none.

Ryan Saale

Ryan Saale joined Home Savings & Trust Mortgage as a licensed loan officer in 2021. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from George Mason University in 2018. Ryan is a lifelong Northern Virginia resident and graduated from Heritage High School in 2014. In his free time, he enjoys watching his brother play baseball at Longwood University and spending time with his family, including his sister and his parents. Since joining Home Savings & Trust, Ryan has completed the NAMP and NAMU courses to gain his certification as a Certified Master Loan Processor and a Certified Master Loan Underwriter. Additionally, he completed the coursework required to gain a certification with VHDA's "How to Be a Virginia Housing Underwriter and Processor" class. Ryan hopes to continue to learn in order to help customers have the best experience in the home buying or refinancing process as possible.

Sean Glennon - SVP, VP

Sean serves as Senior Vice President and Partner with over 10 years experience as a loan officer with Home Savings and Trust Mortgage. Known for his high level of customer service and efficiency, he attributes his leadership skills from his time as quarterback for Westfield High School, Virginia Tech and the Minnesota Vikings. Sean prides himself as a team leader whose knowledge of home buying sets him apart and solidifies him as an industry expert. Sean lives in Ashburn with his wife, Lindsey, and his daughters, Peyton, Collins, and Palmer.

Susanne Dominick

Susanne Dominick is a Senior Loan Officer with HSTM and has lived in the West Springfield area for over 20 years. She understands the Northern VA housing nuances and bring this understanding and knowledge to all her clients. Susanne grew up in Germany and graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Finance. She has been working in the mortgage industry for over 25 years and has a passion for helping people. She loves her work, and brings this passion and enthusiasm to her clients establishing relationships and helping them become home owners.

Thomas Light is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Home Savings & Trust. He is a Centreville native who graduated from Herndon High School followed by Hampden Sydney College. He has two daughters, one in the Nursing program, currently attending James Madison University.

Travis Light

Travis Light joined Home Savings & Trust Mortgage as a licensed loan officer in the summer of 2021. Travis earned two academic degrees from Florida State University: his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in 2020 and his Master's Degree in Business Administration in the spring of 2021. Travis was a 3 time All-ACC Academic Honor Roll student. During his time at FSU, Travis was an integral part of the Florida State Men's Basketball team from 2016-2021. He was a member of four NCAA tournament teams (advancing to 3 Sweet Sixteens and 1 Elite Eight) and the Seminoles' 2020 ACC Championship team. Travis was awarded the Unsung Hero award multiple years during his career. Travis enjoys educating buyers on the loan process and has quickly mastered FHA, VA, VHDA, USDA and conventional loans. Since joining HSTM, Travis has completed the NAMP course to gain his certification as a Certified Master Loan Processor. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, watching sports and playing with his dog, Natty.

Zach Sargent
