In 1971, three brothers started a small construction company in Wheelersburg, Ohio focusing on quality construction at an affordable cost. Continuing that tradition today is a fourth brother and a second generation family member. Today Mullins Construction is a general contractor primarily engaged in the construction and renovation of commercial buildings in the southern Ohio, eastern Kentucky and western West Virginia areas... We are a family owned, commercial general contractor located in Wheelersburg, Ohio, doing business since 1971.
