NACA

The National Association of Cape Mountainians in the Americas (NACA) was founded in 1986 in the state of New York. The organization was incorporated as a not-for-profit organization for the advancement of the people of Grand Cape Mount County, as well as members and friends of Grand Cape Mount and Liberians in the diaspora. Currently, NACA consists of 10 chapters with great potential for growth by establishing a new chapter and expanding membership across the United States. The leadership and dedicated members and sponsors have been very staunch in the endeavor to elevate the lives of citizens in Grand Cape Mount County. Through network and partnership, NACA has sponsored several projects in education, healthcare, and infrastructure construction in Liberia. In 2015, NACA successfully undertook a vital initiative confronting the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. For this milestone achievement, NACA sponsored a special project to provide material supplies and PPE to the people of Grand Cape..
