Nester's story begins with Founder Brendan Kennealey and an ordinary dinner with a close friend who had just moved into a new home. This friend was a smart, sophisticated buyer, but was frustrated by a series of costly home repair issues he wasn't prepared for. As he described the stress of dealing with these repairs, Brendan realized that many of the issues could have been anticipated, but the current homebuying process does not provide homebuyers with transparency to know the true cost of homeownership. We get much more information when we buy a used car than we do when we buy a house and that makes no sense. He kept thinking about that dinner and knew there was a better way to help homebuyers and homeowners plan and make good decisions. And with that idea, Nester was born... NESTER is easy to use.
