I have been working in NLS since Feb 2020, initially starting as an Administration Assistant.
I have now moved on to a new role as Accounts Assistant and I am enjoying learning and progressing in the role.

I am an LLB Law graduate, I earned my degree from the University of South Wales in 2015. After completing my studies, I gained legal experience from insurance & conveyancing firms before joining NLS Solicitors 3 years ago.
I am accredited by the law society as a level 1 Casework Assistant accredited under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Scheme, and I am currently preparing for my level 2 accreditation. At NLS Solicitors, I deal with a variety of Immigration and Asylum matters both private and legal aid.
Outside work, I like travelling and I enjoy quality time with my family. I am a proud mother to a beautiful girl.

I am a Level 2, Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme and have expertise in entry clearance, family reunion, leave to remain, settlement and citizenship applications. I also deal with asylum matters at both application and tribunal levels.
I am organised and pride myself on paying close attention to detail.
Specialising in Immigration and Asylum matters, I am accredited to Level 2 Supervisor of the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. I am very pleased to have been named as a Recommended Lawyer in Legal 500 2019.

After an enjoyable 6 years working in retail, I decided I was ready for a new challenge and wanted to find a long-term career. I have been working at NLS for 2 years. After starting as an Administration Assistant I am now enjoying learning new things and developing new skills as a Casework Support Assistant.

I am an Immigration Solicitor accredited under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Scheme as a level 2 Supervising Senior Caseworker. I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and advise on all complex matters relating to UK immigration, asylum, deportation, domestic violence and EU Law.
I have experience in all entry clearance applications and in-country applications relating to Family Life, Discretionary Leave, Citizenship, Tier 2, Tier 4 and settlement applications.
I am an experienced administrator and qualified book-keeper who has worked within the legal sector for approximately 16 years.
I am a fellow of the International Association of Book-keepers and a member of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management. I became a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management after passing the ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills in September 2017
I began my career in banking and then moved into administration and book-keeping following the birth of my first child. I have managed offices and practiced book-keeping for the last 24 years including setting up and successfully running my own book-keeping business. In my previous employment I worked as the office and accounts manager for over 5 years.
I was born and raised in Oxford and moved to Wales with my family 20 years ago. I am a proud mother of three, all of whom have now fled the nest. I also have one small granddaughter who consumes most of my spare time. However, if I do get a quiet moment I enjoy reading and silence!
