Allison Pohlman

Allison became part of the Norman Fletchall team in 2020 as a registered client associate. Her role includes service on new and existing client accounts and she takes pride in offering "white glove service" to everyone she helps. She is passionate about building a friendly relationship with the team's client base. Allison grew up in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and graduated from Arizona State University. After spending a few years enjoying the sunshine in Arizona and Louisiana, she returned to Wisconsin in 2015 (don't worry- she never stopped cheering for the Packers and Badgers!). She has been in the financial industry since 2014, most recently joining RBC from Merrill Lynch. In her spare time Allison runs and bikes, enjoys traveling, and can be found at the dog park or hiking on a sunny day.

Jessica Beinlich

Jessica joined the team in 2022. She is responsible for portfolio management and trading, as well as performance reporting. A Madison native, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colorado College, where she played soccer for the Tigers. Jessica began her career in 2008 as a Client Associate in the Madison branch before moving to Minneapolis where she held various roles in RBC Wealth Management's home office. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys hiking and spending time with her family. After adopting her first dog in 2017, she has become a passionate dog rescue advocate and you may find her volunteering at a local rescue or shelter.

Thomas Lynch

Tom joined the team in 2020 as a service associate. He assists with all client services from setting appointments and opening accounts, to account inquiries and distribution requests. He enjoys getting to know our clients and helping them with their accounts. Tom grew up in Madison and attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He lives in Madison with his wife Dawn and their sons Shea and Finn. Tom enjoys helping out and coaching his son's sports teams, and spending a summer afternoon at the Memorial Union Terrace when he can.
