OICE is a local non-profit making community-focused development and humanitarian organization established in January 1973 G.C. It was founded by a group of concerned community leaders who envisioned to improving the growing unemployment among the youth and women in Ethiopia. Through time it has broadened its area of operation prompted by the multifaceted challenges facing the country including refugee crises and urban destitution. OICE is one of the pioneers in implementing skill development and refugee support programs in Ethiopia... Opportunities Industrialization Centers Ethiopia (OICE) is a non-governmental, non-profit making organization established in 1973 with funding from USAID and technical support from OIC International.
