Opportunity for Change (OFC) is a non-profit organization located in Southeastern Arkansas (Monticello). We provide services and programs to at-risk youth and young adults to encourage positive change in order to improve overall community outcomes. OFC partners with other organizations within the community to meet the emotional, physical, and diverse needs of at-risk youth and young adults. OFC focuses on reducing/eliminating problematic behaviors through mentorship, providing education, increasing life skills development, and improving job readiness skills for at-risk youth and young adults. We believe improvement in the aforementioned areas will reduce high school drop-out rates, increase interests in post-secondary education, improve and sustain employment rates, and reduce juvenile and adult criminal behavior... OFC believes that providing education to participants outside of the classroom/traditional educational setting is very essential to helping participants reach their goals..
