My name is Randy Smith, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Louisiana Tech University; additionally, I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist which involves a deeper understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology to accurately assess and correct root causes of musculoskeletal alignment problems and faulty movement patterns that can cause pain, inflammation and injuries.
