Dr. Kwaku Mensa-Bonsu is a leading advertising and marketing consultant with very high-quality training and exposure to all aspects of communication, including audits, multimedia advertising, public relations and public education campaign planning and execution. He is the founder of Primetime Limited and currently serves as the Chairman of the company. Dr. Mensa-Bonsu also served as Chairman of the University of Ghana Alumni Association and the Association's representative on the University Council, from 2002-2011. He was also a member of the Council of the College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana and served on many other Boards of Directors, including Ghana Films Industry Corp, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation , Ghana Museums and Monuments Board, and Action Aid Ghana.

Dr. Kwame Bawuah-Edusei is a physician, business executive and diplomat with a track record of philanthropy. He has dedicated his life to the development of youth, women and children through positive engagements. His mantra in life has always been "THINK POSITIVE, NEVER ENVY AND GOD WILL BLESS YOU." Dr. Bawuah-Edusei graduated as a Medical Doctor from the School of Medical Sciences of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. He completed his residency in Family Medicine, at the Howard University Hospital, Washington DC. Dr. Bawuah-Edusei then proceeded to work as a medical physician partner with Greenbelt Medical Center in Maryland. Subsequently, he worked as a contract physician at Dewitt Army Hospital in Fort Belvoir in Virginia. Thereafter, he opened his own private clinic, Educe Medical Center in Alexandria, Virginia.

He has written extensive publications and reviews on a wide-range of management, administrative and legal issues. Rev'd Akua Ofori-Boateng is the Director of Programmes for the Anglican Diocese of Accra. She is a member of the United States Trade Advisory Committee on Africa, and served on the 2020 Eminent Advisory Committee of the Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana. Rev'd Akua is also the co-founder of Aequitas; a faith based foundation which has a vision to see a world where underprivileged youth have an opportunity to pursue their passion. As a priest Akua serves at the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Rev'd Akua is a graduate of Ghana International School, and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Miami University in the USA; a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in the USA; an MBA from Indiana University in the USA; and a Master of Arts degree in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary in Legon, Ghana.

Sir Samuel Esson Jonah

Sir Samuel E. Jonah, born on the 19th of November 1949 was educated at Adisadel College in Ghana, Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall and The Imperial College of Science & Technology, London. Sam Jonah has been awarded with many accolades and honours. In 1994, the Camborne School of Mines and the University of Exeter (UK) jointly awarded him an Honorary Doctor of Science degree. In December 2005, Ashesi University College through its affiliate University in Ghana, University of Cape Coast, awarded Mr. Jonah the Honorary Doctor of Humanities degree. Sir Sam Jonah is the Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast Ghana, a former Member of the Board of Ashesi University in Ghana, a Visiting Professor of Business at The University of Witwatersrand Business School of Johannesburg and a member of its Governing Council as well as Trustee of the Nelson Mandela Legacy Trust (UK). He was a Founding Member of the United Nations Secretary General's Global Compact Advisory Council; a member of The African Regional Advisory Board of the London Business School, has served as a member of the Governing Body of the School of Oriental and African Studies and a Trustee of the Camborne School of Mines. In 2003, he was Co-Chairman of the World Economic Forum held in Durban, South Africa; he was on the Advisory Council of the President of the African Development Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Sir Sam Jonah has served on the boards of several international public and private companies; He previously served as Chairman of Equinox Limited (Australian and Canadian listed), Moto Gold Mines (Australian and Canadian listed), and Uramin (London and Canadian listed). He was previously Chairman of the Mauritius based Bayport Financial Services. He served on the board of Vodafone UK from 2009 up to July 2019. Sam has been an Advisor to a number of African Heads of State, Thabo Mbeki (South Africa), Olusengu Obasanjo (Nigeria), Gnassingbe Eyadema (Togo) and John Agyekum Kuffour (Ghana). In December 2012, he was appointed a founding member of Bank of America Global Advisory Council and ended his term in March 2020. He has also been elected as a Foreign Member of the United States National Academy of Sciences (Engineering Division) for the recognition of his distinguished contribution to engineering. He was appointed as the Chairman of Helios Towers, UK in September 2019 and in January 2020, was appointed as Chairman of Roscan Gold Incorporation headquartered in Canada.
