Mr. Reedy joined the company in April 2021 and has more than 13 years of experience leading land teams and facilitating land acquisitions in the energy industry, most recently as Land Manager at Southwestern Energy. Mr. Reedy oversees the day-to-day land and legal operations, including implementing Renewa's acquisition strategy with teams across the U.S.

Mr. Mooring is a Co-Founder of Renewa. He serves as Co-CEO and leads Renewa's strategy with Mr. Lee. Prior to Renewa, Mr. Mooring and Mr. Lee successfully founded and built Renewa's predecessor company, Paloma Solar & Wind. Paloma Solar & Wind was backed by EnCap Investments Fund XI and EnCap Energy Transition Fund I. Mr. Mooring previously served as Co-Founder and President of Seawolf Resources a leading water management company in West Texas. At Seawolf, Mr. Mooring oversaw operations and successfully led contract negotiations for Seawolf with major energy companies and landowners covering 300,000 acres in West Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Mooring co-founded KLR Group, an energy focused investment advisor and merchant bank and served as a Partner and a Managing Director of the firm.
Mr. Mooring earned a BA in Economics and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Most recently, Mr. Rich was the Crew Chief for T-O Land & Minerals, Inc. While at T-O Land & Minerals, he managed teams of land agents working on behalf of institutional clients and aggregating land positions in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma.

Mr. Esqueda received a B.F.A from the University of Houston in 2015 and a Paralegal Certificate from Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies at Rice University in 2016.
Monica Hutcheson, Land Analyst, of Renewa, joined the company in February 2022. Mrs. Hutcheson has more than 15 years of experience within the energy industry, most recently at Independence Resources Management, LLC. Mrs. Hutcheson has a diversified Land and Lease Analysis background working in major energy plays in the continental US.
Mrs. Hutcheson earned a BBA in Management and Management Information Systems in 2003 from Sam Houston State University.

Mr. Cox is the Director of Operations and Controller of Renewa, joined the company in May 2021, where he leads the operations and finance departments. Mr. Cox has over 12 years of finance and research experience in the energy industry, most recently as co-founder and Vice President Finance for Certus Oil and Gas, an Alberta-based junior oil and gas upstream company. In addition, Mr. Cox is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces with 22 years of leadership and operations experience.
