MEDIATION

Having just completed the divorce process I was so grateful to have Melanie as our mediator. We tried another team of mediators who made a mess of things - and when I called Melanie, she was straight and to the point... She listens attentively, and writes things down thoroughly so she can create the MSA. She directs the negotiations to keep them moving forward, and is fair to both parties when it comes to advising when things get bogged down. We were able to complete our mediation with 1 introduction meeting and 2 mediation sessions. She was very patient as there was some back and forth once things were all listed on paper, and then she took care of all the filing which was approved without any problems...
