PCT BUILDING SCIENCE

For over 20 years PCT Building Science (incorporated in 2015) has been helping solve problems with buildings. We help our clients with a range of services including forensic investigations of building failures, design reviews for energy efficiency, durability and occupant comfort, advice and guidance on building retrofits, acting as expert witness in litigation, and solving building deficiency issues to achieve resolution with suppliers and trades... We are a small, specialized company operating out of the GTA over all of Ontario, working with clients from individual homeowners to large companies with large commercial and multi unit residential buildings. We are the consultants often hired by other consultants so solve difficult cases.
