Peachy Nutrition By Rach was designed to help YOU with nutrition/fitness, ease your anxiety and put you in control of your body and health! The word "peach" has its own meaning in each program. In the "Toned Peach", peach is referring to the booty (and body). I created the Toned Peach to help you gain strength, edurance and increase movement. The word peach in the "Tastey Peach", refers to your nutrition and nourishment. "Teach Peach" is the educational portion of the peachy programs. It sets the stage for nutrition consultations and exercise plans. That is why, the "Total Peach" includes exercise, nutrition and nutrition education!
