Faye West is the Office Manager and Sr. Executive Assistant for Professional Financial Services, Inc. She joined the company in May 2006. Faye obtained her Securities License and is a Registered Representative with Grove Point Investments , LLC. She handles the processing, tracking, and record-keeping for all investment accounts and is authorized to interact with clients regarding their existing securities accounts.

Robert E. Tucker began his career in financial services in 1972 and incorporated his practice in 1983 at which time he registered its name, Professional Financial Services, Inc. (PFS, Inc.), with the states of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Bob Tucker has a foundation of experience in the financial services business. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Bob expanded his education to the fields of finance and insurance and earned the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant degrees from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
