A COMPLIMENTARY 15 minute flow session will be included to show the benefits of "the work"... Utilizing the Pilates method, yoga, and integrative wellness coaching to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals... Personalized flow linking breath to movement. Customized programs catered towards client's goals (i.e. increasing flexibility, releasing chronic holds, improving postural alignment, strengthening the core for more advanced poses, workshopping specific poses, diaphragmatic breathing, calming the nervous system, etc)
