PIECE OF MIND TRAINING

This experience granted me the unique day to day perspective of a front line staff who are most often considered the "face, voice & authority" of a business to in-person customers during crisis... As a Campus Security Officer, it was not only my responsibility to be on scene to either lead special response teams or be a constructive authoritative presence in volatile situations but to also intervene in all manner of concern throughout the campus and liaison with outside agencies/Emergency Services as needed. The latter was often as a solo interventionist in somewhat isolated environments ... I've been thankful to have served locally for two decades in acute mental health service settings in many complimentary roles toward the holistic understanding of Service Excellence based Crisis Intervention.
