On a case by case basis we also offer a session by session model. If you are just starting out we suggest that you commit to at least 5 sessions... Over the course of the year we offer a series of online and live workshops based on different themes. These workshops are wonderful ways to get introduced to Prea's work, and to build and strengthen the tools you have learned in the individual work... We work to create a customized process for you that support you in creating and implementing new strategies that serve you now. In order to do the work most effectively, clients ideally have to commit to a minimum of ten weeks. In this period you also get introduced to a core set of tools, and can start to implement them on your own.
