Premises Innovations was formed in 2019 with a business focus centered around the grounds maintenance aspect of both residential and commercial properties, hence the name Premises. Our goal is to identify and develop engineered products that yield improved functional capabilities and a reduction in maintenance relative to what the industry currently offers. We are launching our first landscape lighting product under the trademark name Vertigo. This product is a highly functional upgrade from traditional stake mounts often used in path light installations... Our end goal is to provide the customer with products that possess unique value. We seek to generate innovative products and not just slightly different versions of something that already exists. Our ideas are born from evaluating common grounds maintenance challenges encountered in our daily lives and then develop novel solutions that are applicable to a broader customer base.
