Prometheus Brass is a quartet of New York area brass musicians who play a wide variety of music, from Gabrieli to Gershwin, Bach to Sinatra, and many arrangements done by the players themselves. Prometheus Brass maintains an active schedule of public outreach concerts and educational presentations throughout the New York Tri-State area... The members often create arrangements specifically for their programs, from Bach and Mozart to Sousa and Joplin, Gershwin, Bernstein and even Lin-Manuel Miranda. Individually, the players can be heard on Broadway, in numerous orchestras, and in concert halls around the world.
