Dr. Bryan's doctoral research examined the role of social identity complexity, multiple social group identifications, and cross-cutting group membership awareness on the reduction of prejudice and bias in the agenda for acceptance for all. Dr. Bryan was invited to and presented his research findings at the 2013 Walden University Research Symposium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to a doctorate in Psychology, Dr. Bryan also holds a Master's of Science in Psychology, a Post-Baccalaureate in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor's in Psychology. Dr. Carl C. Papandrea

Dr. Carl C. Papandrea graduated from Saint Elizabeth University's doctoral program in Counseling Psychology. Carl brings with him a specialization in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy from the EMDR Institute, a psychological game-changer for both cumulative adverse life experiences and more significant or complex traumas, as well as symptom reduction for current experiences by way of Eye Movement Desensitization (EMD) therapy. Carl's doctoral dissertation research investigates complex trauma and the relationship between adverse childhood experiences, attachment, and trauma-related growth. Inherent in Carl's being is his personable nature, relatability, and capacity for engendering robust relationships, both professionally and personally. Working tirelessly and endlessly for his clients and profession, Carl's dedication to the field of psychology and those with whom he works is unparalleled. Working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with varying therapeutic, emotional, and systemic needs, Carl's approaches, whether evidence-based or eclectic combinations of diverse psychological orientations position him as an integral player in the evolution of his clients. Carl facilitates growth in a most humanistic way, with client-centered compassion, understanding, encouragement, and empowerment. Prior to embarking on his doctoral journey, Carl earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Saint Elizabeth University. He was elected into the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. A distinguished Phi Beta Kappa scholar, Carl completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Magna Cum Laude honors from Rutgers University. Carl brings with him over ten years of experience in emotional health and wellbeing, including seven years of dedicated service in the NJ Children's System of Care as a Supervisor at the Morris-Sussex Caring Partners Care Management Organization (CMO), where he emanated leadership as it's known by its construct. Carl is a dedicated father and involved community member in the area of youth athletics, as he is often found coaching football and baseball. Ascribing to a person-centered theoretical orientation (a nondirective and empathic perspective that empowers and motivates the individual throughout the therapeutic process), Carl believes that every human being strives for and can fulfill his or her potential. Juliana Tozzi
