Anthony "Tony" Raimondo has not only been our attorney for 15+ years when the need arises, but he has also become family friend. Tony has taken every case we've brought him with a passion and fight for justice. He understands the intricacies of the needs of dairies, farming, and all agricultural niches. One of the most valuable tools we have to operate our company is the knowledge and guidance of Tony, as well as his foresight and ability to challenge us to see situations through a different lens.
Mr. Vargas joined Raimondo | Miller in January of 2021. Mr. Vargas assists in litigating labor and employment matters in both state and federal courts and is also our lead liaison with our legal subscription members. Mr. Vargas personally visits each member's business and discusses work production with the business owners as well as their employees. He further provides extensive knowledge in making sure that each member is in compliance with all current rules and regulations that stem from wage and hour, harassment and discrimination issues.

Kevin B. Piercy is an Associate Attorney at Raimondo | Miller where he provides assistance to clients in matters pertaining to employment law, wage and hour, and litigation. His main areas of focus include: harassment and discrimination of all types, wage and hour claims, the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), class actions, interactive process and reasonable accommodation, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Prior to joining Raimondo | Miller, Kevin received his JD from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and received his BA in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from California State University, Fresno. While in law school, Kevin worked as a case manager for USC Law's International Refugee Assistance Project, where he aided Afghani and Iraqi translators who served with the United States military to obtain asylum in the United States. Kevin also served in the United States Army as a Human Intelligence Collector, and deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Kevin was born and raised in the Fresno area, where he now resides with his wife and children. While in law school, Kevin worked as a case manager for He also participated in USC Law's International Refugee Assistance Project where he aided Afghani and Iraqi translators who served with the United States military to obtain asylum in the United States. Kevin is involved in local veterans' organizations such as Veterans of Foreign War and Fresno State's chapter of Omega Delta Sigma, the National Veterans Fraternity.
Mr. Porte is an Associate Attorney with Raimondo | Miller with a practice focused primarily in the areas of employment and business litigation. He has extensive experience in defending businesses, individuals, and public entities in a wide range of civil matters including employment wage and hour claims, PAGA claims, Workers' Compensation claims, discrimination (age, gender, sexual orientation), harassment, general negligence, breach of contract, contract enforcement, wrongful death, and premises liability claims.
Our company has been working with Raimondo & Associates for a while now and every time we find the need to go to their office location we feel greatly appreciated and welcomed. The office staff is always very kind and attentive to anything we may need assistance with. There is one specific person who we have grown greatly fond of, Gerardo Hernandez. Mr. Hernández never fails to amaze us with his knowledge and experience. Gerardo is always very dependable and accessible when needed. As a farm labor contractor there are always questions and concerns that come up on the daily, but we know we can always count on Gerardo to guide us and answer any questions at the best of his knowledge.
