Ed Redfern - CEO, Founder, President
Ed has 36+ years of social impact, entrepreneurial, and corporate experience including 23 years in the health/wellbeing space, and 10+ years of successfully designing, implementing, and growing virtual and live social impact programs at AARP. He has served on 3 start-up teams including Framesoft, AG, a Swiss-based financial services software venture, as VP of Business Development/HR. In addition, Ed spent 7 years as an entrepreneurial venture consultant, working on talent planning and development, operations, business development, and marketing engagements for faith-based non-profits and European tech ventures making their initial US direct investment including Softmatic AG, Prout AG, Framesoft AG, and TeliaSonera Finland. Ed has an MBA in Marketing from Wharton, and was a distinguished scholar in entrepreneurial management consulting. He also has a BS in Industrial Management, a minor in Quantitative Methods from Purdue University.
