Jerry received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He is the owner of Furnace Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in industrial furnaces and ovens.
Retired from the mainframe computer industry with a technical background. Former lead mentor of FIRST robotics teams in Crown Point, Gary and Hobart Indiana. Now the FIRST Senior Mentor for Northern Indiana helping FIRST teams at all program levels. Field tester for the international team developing the software for FTC and FGC.

Lisa received her Associates in Business Administration from Davenport University. Her background includes various positions in finance and is the former owner of a web development company. In her spare time, Lisa volunteers in her son's boy scout troop and robotics team.

Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Robert is a long time volunteer in IEEE (Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers) Calumet Section, holding several offices. In 1997 he obtained his Professional Engineer License. Robert is also the Calumet Region Vice President for the Indiana Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE).
