We offer loans for refinancing, renovations, land purchase, building purchase, and new construction... Present investment options for Loan Certificates are for 1, 3 or 5 years. Kingdom Impact Accounts are month-to-month. We also offer premium rates on our UPC Loan Fund Certificates when an individual's aggregate total exceeds $250,000. The rates change periodically.
