Whether in the clinic, in a facility, or even in the home our providers strive to lay eyes on these wounds as soon as possible to set a course for success. All too often the burden of assessing and planning care for these patients in need falls to providers and nurses who feel ill prepared to successfully treat these chronic wounds and complex conditions which cause them.
