He also serves as a professor at Saint Joseph's University, teaching classes regarding leadership development, organizational research, identity, organizational diversity and inclusion practices. Adam worked in academia as a social neuroscientist and social psychologist for 10 years before moving to consulting work, studying how gender stereotypes impact women's desires to become leaders, as well as their performance. He also has worked for Gestaltworks, a Pennsylvania-based firm focusing on business and executive coaching, strategic planning, team building and organization and leadership development. Grant's impact echoes down into the very structure of RHR International. He led the London office from 1991 to 1996, creating rapid growth and a fast turnaround. Her expertise and approachability have made her a trusted advisor to a wide array of organizations, including many multinational and Fortune 500 companies and across industries such as healthcare, financial services, professional services, utilities, construction, retail, energy, and government. Prior to joining RHR, Sonya led the talent and culture advisory practice for a boutique firm in Atlantic Canada, worked for a global consulting company, and held a leadership role at a large multinational bank. She holds a PhD and a master's degree in industrial organizational psychology from Saint Mary's University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Dalhousie University. She is also a registered psychologist and has been certified as a coach through the International Coaching Federation. In addition, she has completed advanced training in return-on-investment methodology and is certified in culture, leadership, and personality assessment tools. She also teaches a graduate-level consulting psychology course at Saint Mary's University and is a published academic author and a member of various professional associations. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Sonya finds inspiration while taking in the salty air and stunning beaches near her home. She also enjoys cooking and creating new recipes (based on whatever is in the fridge), exploring new places, and embarking on adventures big and small with her husband and two children.
