RESPIRE

You will have access to a collaborative team of Certified Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) that have extensive experience working in health care, and more specifically, working with individuals rehabilitating from Motor Vehicle Collisions (MVCs). The word, RESPIRE, means to breathe - to exhale - a necessity for all individuals to maintain life. Another translation of the word means to recover hope, courage, and strength after a time of difficulty. We integrate these meanings and interpretations into our practice, and thus, support your clients to RESPIRE through their rehabilitation, using yoga therapy.
