Emmanuel Opoku is the Finance Manager of RGL. He has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the field of accounting. Prior to joining RGL in 2013, Emmanuel Opoku held various finance-related roles working for: the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in Effiduasi Ashanti from 1990 to 1997, Ghana Post from 1997 to 2006, Asante & Asante from 2007 to 2010, Plan Ghana from 2010 to 2013.
Herbert Aidoo is the Technical Director and Civil Engineering Specialist at RGL. With over
twenty-five (25) years experience in the Built Environment Industry, Herbert has been involved in a number of landmark projects in Ghana including the design of a twelve (12) story office complex for SSNIT; the design and build of La Palm Beach Resort; the design and supervision of the Christian Action Faith Ministries Cathedral and the redevelopment of the Rawlings Park in Accra.
Herbert Aidoo has a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Liberia.

Kwakye Dopoah Dei is the Founder and Managing Director of RGL. He has many years of entrepreneurial and business management experience across various industries.
He was the Managing Director of Queens Printing Press between 1980 to 1986. From 1986 to 1995 he ventured into the haulage industry and to his credit set up and managed Northern Line Haulage. Prior to establishing RGL, he set up Prime Concrete Products, a concrete products manufacturing company, which he operated from 1994 to 2014.
Kwakye Dopoah Dei is extremely hands-on in his approach and is involved in all aspects of
operations at RGL from land acquisition, tender and contract negotiations, pre-construction
