Andy Wang

Andy Wang joined Rich Products Ventures in 2022 as an Associate. Prior to joining RPV, Andy was in the Corporate Finance Rotation program at Cisco Systems. At Cisco, he completed rotations in start-up operations, corporate development, and corporate venture capital where he provided analytical support for both internal projects and portfolio companies. After his rotation program, Andy decided to transition from the hardware technology space to pursue investment opportunities in the food and food tech space with Rich Products Ventures. Andy has two BA's from UC Berkeley in Statistics and Economics.

Brian Bernstein

Brian Bernstein is a Senior Associate at Rich Products Ventures. Brian has spent his entire career in various capacities across the food industry. He started his career as part Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Consumer & Retail Investment Banking team, working on M&A and Equity financings for consumer companies. He then worked in multiple strategic and operational roles at Blue Apron, AB InBev, AlixPartners and most recently, Restaurant Brands International (Burger King, Popeyes). Brian received his MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship & Innovation from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Jay Lin

Jay Lin is based in China and is responsible for Asia overall. He has over 20 years of experience in the food industry in Asia as both an operator and investor. He joined Rich Products in 1998 as Head of Plant Operations for Rich Products first investment in China. He has since taken on various roles for Rich Products in Asia including in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and investing in China Cold Chain Logistics. Most recently Jay was responsible for launching the frozen beverage brand of freal in China. Jay is a California CPA and has a BS degree in Applied Math from University of California Berkeley.

Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams is a Partner at Rich Products Corporate Venture Fund. Sarah has spent the past 25 years working with food companies as an operator, consultant and investor. In 2003, she was the first hire at f'real foods, a frozen blended beverage company, and held several key leadership roles while building the business from start-up through growth to a successful acquisition by Rich Products in 2012. After a transition period, Sarah worked with the founding team of Food System 6 accelerator to stand-up and run its first entrepreneur cohort focused on health, equity and sustainability in the food system. In 2017, she returned to Rich Products to join the newly established Rich products Corporate Venture Fund. Sarah has an MBA from Duke University and a BA from Princeton University.
