Well, Royale Resin is pretty much just my wife and me. My wife does the website and helps me with packaging, and then I do everything else. Like a lot of small companies, this is what I do in my "free" time, and everything is done out of the house. We do the casting in the laundry room (a.k.a. the "resin dungeon"), and packaging at the kitchen table. Nothing fancy except the product.
