Damaris Rivera started her career in real estate by accident while searching for a rental space for her pet boutique "Pinky's Pet Connection". At the age of 21, Damaris closed on her first real estate property, a commercial building. Her first few years she managed commercial and residential tenants and learned the insides and out of the property management business.
When she had an unpleasant experience with trying to sell, Damaris decided to get her real estate license. This became her first sale in the real estate, her commercial building.
She started with HUNT Real Estate ERA, a family owned business which provided her with great mentorship and training to grow as an agent. Damaris was awarded Hunt's Most Improved Agent in 2017.
In 2017, Damaris became a Real Property Appraiser with the City of Rochester. In this role, Damaris fine tuned her valuation skills and learned a new side of real estate. At that time she also transitioned to EXP Realty, a national agent owned cloud based brokerage.
Damaris got the name "Rochesters Pet Friendly Realtor" as her passions collided. With her wealth of knowledge from the pet industry and savvy real estate experience, she is able to provide clients with unique pet related services.
Outside of Real Estate, Damaris is a dog mom of four fur babies: Bella, Diesel, Peanut and Beastly. She has been an animal advocate for years and continues to raise funds for local rescue groups. She is also a recording artist and tours around the state with PopStyle.
In 2019, Damaris Rivera decided to open R Realty Rochester LLC. She wanted to create a company where individual agents can be successful and support each other. The R represents her last name, Rivera. Her personal goal was to create a legacy for her family that will affect generations to come.

Joseph Simeone is a lifelong Rochester, New York resident and has been in the real estate business since 1976. Maybe he can get into the "60 over 60" realtors award group if they have one!
Joe is a licensed real estate broker since 1978. He has worked in both residential and commercial real estate since he began his career. As a graduate of Saint John Fisher College with a BS in Management, Joe has taught real estate licensing courses and Greater Rochester Association of REALTOR programs for 25 years. Joe managed Century 21 offices for 15 years.
Joe has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Rochester, NY since 1980 and is the current club president. He is always looking for new members who want to be active in the Rochester community providing much needed services.
Although not athletic, Joe did earn his black belt in Tae Kwon Do! Do you think that should be told to the other realtor before an offer is presented?
