Joining the RQC Group in 2022, Graham leads the Diverse Building and Roofing Services team.
Passionate about customer service, and performance and outcome-driven, he has a proven track record of delivery in dynamic and complex operating environments.

Over 25 years of senior management experience gained across a number of roles and industries.
Lyndon joined RQC Group in July of 2021 as the WHS & Compliance Manager. This role has a strong focus on ensuring that our staff can carry out site audits and induction safely. In addition to this, Lyndon ensures that the team's clearly defined policies and procedures are followed and complied with.
Prior to joining RQC Group, Lyndon worked at JLG as the WHS&E Manager for QLD & NT where he assisted JLG in the Springfield Lakes area following the 2020 Hail event. Under Lyndon's direction, JLG and its contractors had zero incidents or accidents during this event.
In total, Lyndon brings over 12 years of experience in Workplace Health and Safety across various industries from construction to manufacturing and labour hire.
Prior to working in safety, he spent 14 years in the Australian Defence Force in both the Navy and the RAAF. Prior to his discharge in 2010 he was lucky to be posted to RAAF Base Amberley working on the F111 strike bomber.

As part of his current role, Roger manages the Yourtown contract and delivers both RQC and contractor construction services between Noosa QLD and Lenox Heads NSW.
In his prior business, he managed seventy staff in three states and delivered services to key customers including Origin Energy, Rio Tinto, BlueScope Steel, Schneider Electric, Sandvik & Caterpillar to the eastern seaboard and regional centers in each state.
