Schock Hereford Ranch combines the latest in genetic testing with some of the finest grazing conditions in the world to produce high-quality purebred polled Herefords. All of the bulls and heifers we purchase, raise and breed have been DNA tested for calving ease, weight gain, and soundness. Our animals are raised for ease of handling, are hormone-free, and are fed on high quality, native North Dakota prairie grass and on hay and alfalfa grown in our own fields. Our foundation stock have all been carefully selected for their high EPD numbers and are derived from other North Dakota-raised purebred Herefords that thrive in North Dakota's extreme weather conditions.
