scoville senior living apartments are owned by Bayshore Development, LLC. We are a corporation that designs, builds, and manages appartments under the hud provisions for people that are a minimun of 50 years old. Minors are not allowed to live in these apartments but a caregiver or relative can stay with at least one person who is 50 years old As long as they are 18 years old or older. Minor children/grandchildren can visit for up to two weeks at a time.
