SBS also provides staffing services to Non-profit organizations, since 2018. We deliver high volumes of support workers around the clock (within very short notice!) to private homes and agency- run residences, in Winnipeg and surrounding rural centers. We have met many Covid challenges with our clients. We have extensive experience with scheduling and pay roll and we can work within allocated budgets. Also very importantly, we communicate with agencies to meet the needs of their clients... SBS also provides a variety of transportation services. In the month of May, we provided consistent transportation to school and daycare for over 20 families. When transporting families, we have focused on trying to be sensitive as we know it can be hard sending children off with a stranger. We also focus on driver safety, including car seat education. Other reasons for transportation have been getting to medical appointments, switching residences, escaping trauma situations, and out of town..
