As part of the Solutions for Africa (SFA) Group, SF Africa participates in, and benefits from the SFA Scholarship initiative. The program aims to identify unemployed young adults and equip them with vital industry skills and knowledge by providing access not only to a number of accredited courses and qualifications, but also to an immersion into the day-to-day business environment. Following successful completion by the candidate, the group companies can actively recruit and champion the cause of any young, promising individuals identified.
