SHELDON STADNYK

Dr. Stadnyk heads up Banner's Physician Leadership Development (PLD) efforts where he creates and teaches a leadership curriculum. Dr. Stadnyk is one of the architects of Banner's Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) for Physicians which boasts over 300 physician graduates and is based in Phoenix, Arizona... Dr. Stadnyk completed training to become a Banner Internal Certified Coach. Subsequent to that training, he enrolled in The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara for additional experience which led to the granting of an Executive Leadership Coaching Certificate... Furthermore, he is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a London-based organization recognized as the premier governing body committed to the art, science and practice of professional coaching. In 2012, the ICF bestowed its coveted Prism Award on Banner Health (along with one other US entity, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration).
