Simon Bros Bakery is a family- owned wholesale frozen-food bakery located in Skokie, IL. We supply high-quality frozen desserts, cakes, cupcakes and other bakery items to your restaurant, hotel, cafe, or catering company... Simon Bros. Bakery began as one of seven Jewish bakeries located on Lawrence Avenue in Albany Park. Bill, Ben and Saul Simon immigrated to Chicago from Poland in the 1920's, when the bagel-making trade became popular. Soon after their arrival they learned the bagel-making trade while working in a bakery on Chicago's West Side.
