Christopher Manley made the transition from DP to director on the award-winning series Mad Men. His debut as a director was the pivotal episode, "Commissions and Fees", in which partner Lane Pryce commits suicide at the ad agency. Chris' confident helming on his ambitious debut was rewarded with three more episodes - "The Flood", "Field Trip", and "The Runaways."
Greg Johnson is an Asian American screenwriter whose script THE LAST SON OF ISAAC LEMAY was on the Black List and optioned by Gore Verbinki's production company Blind Wink and later Affiliated Productions. Now, Sam Worthington, Michael Pitt, and Heather Graham are attached to star with David Von Ancken attached to direct. VMI International is financing the picture with production planned for Spring 2020.
Greg worked with 20th Century Fox Studios and producer Nicky Weinstock to develop four original features including an alternative version of the Fantastic Four franchise called DOCTOR DOOM. He has also done assignments for Universal, Davis Entertainment, and TIK Films (China).
In television, Greg worked on the USA show DAMNATION and was a finalist in the Warner Brothers Television Writers' Workshop. Currently, Greg is developing NULLIFY, an espionage thriller feature with Source Films and Black Box Management. He is a full time faculty at the New York Film Academy Los Angeles where he teaches screenwriting.
Making films and telling stories has always been Paul's passion and is a driving force behind all of his work, he's a passionate storyteller with a cinematic eye and the ability to connect live-action with visual effects.
After graduating from Design school in London, Paul joined the BBC graphic design department. He began his professional career working on a diverse range of projects from BBC Science to BBC Sport and BBC ONE promotions. Picking up no less than 21 international awards and nominations, Spanning the UK, Europe, US, Canada and Australia. Most noted for the BAFTA nomination for the Olympics opening titles.
Simon West, is a British born and Hollywood based film director and producer. He started his career doing high profile music videos and commercials for the now legendary Propaganda Films then quickly turned his attention to directing movies where he has helmed a slew of blockbusters generating over One Billion Dollars in Box Office.
Some of his films include - Disney's CON AIR starring Nicholas Cage, Jon Malkovich, and John Cusack, Paramount's THE GENERAL'S DAUGHTER starring John Travolta and Paramount's LARA CROFT: TOMB RAIDER starring Angelina Jolie. West is the only live action director ever whose first three films all grossed over $100m at the US box office.
West also directed Lionsgate's, THE MECHANIC starring Jason Statham and Ben Foster and THE EXPENDABLES 2 starring Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis. EXPENDABLES 2 grossed over $300m in worldwide box office. West will release a big budget volcano action adventure film called SKYFIRE in late 2019. SKYFIRE is not only one of the biggest budget films every made in China it is also ground breaking film because it was shot in both English and Chinese. West is currently posting another mega budget Chinese film called, LEGEND HUNTERS due to hit theaters in 2020.
West also found and developed Oscar Nominated, BLACK HAWK DOWN.He will be re-teaming with BLACK HAWK DOWN writer Ken Nolan to direct THUNDER RUN based on the book "Thunder Run" written by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist David Zucchino.
He has also had success in the television world. His company has developed and sold numerous shows to ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, FX, Showtime and many other broadcasters. In addition he has directed and produced acclaimed series such as Fox's KEEN EDDIE, the CBS series CLOSE TO HOME, Fox's HUMAN TARGET and the NBC series THE CAPE.
