Brooklynn Simmons

Brooklynn Simmons is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently providing remote services to the east Tennessee region. Brooklynn began her career in behavior analysis as a behavior technician in 2006 while obtaining her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology in 2009 from Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma. She attended Florida Institute of Technology where she received her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis in 2011. She has been working as BCBA since then in a variety of settings including in clinic, schools, homes, and throughout the community. She has passion for working with individuals with challenging behavior and their families in order to teach meaningful skills and see them reach their full potential.

Chad Szala

Chad Szala is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with the state of Tennessee. He currently provides services throughout the greater Knoxville area. Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2010 from the University of South Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism in 2016 from Ball State University. Since 2015 Chad has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis with children with autism and other developmental delays. Chad moved from Tampa, Fl to Knoxville, Tn in 2017 and shortly after opened Southeast Behavioral Services. During his career, Chad has worked with children and adults in a variety of settings, including homes, clinics and schools. Chad has a particular affinity for helping clients with high intensity aggression behaviors as well as non-vocal learners.

Haley Lee

Haley Lee became a BCBA in 2020 after earning her Master of Science degree in Special Education/Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She has practiced ABA in clinic, home, school, and community settings. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she was a special education teacher for seven years in a nearby district, serving elementary and high school students with a variety of disabilities. Haley enjoys collaborating with caregivers and helping her clients achieve their goals!

Jamie Powell

Jamie Powell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently providing services in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater areas. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2005 and earned a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2009. She has been working with children and adults in homes, schools, group homes and throughout their communities since 2009.

Lacy Fontenot

Lacy Fontenot is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst with the state of Tennessee. She is currently providing services in the greater Knoxville area. Lacy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2015 from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in Autism in 2020 from Ball State University. Lacy has provided services in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016 in clinical settings, center-based settings, in-home, and school settings. Lacy specializes in Discrete Trial Teaching, Natural Environment Teaching, Social Skills, Functional Communication Training, and Play Skills. Lacy enjoys working with all ages including early intervention, adolescents, and adults. Lacy has a passion for working with individuals who engage in maladaptive behaviors and teaching functional and communication skills in replacement of maladaptive behaviors. Lacy also enjoys providing parent training and mentorship along with graduate student mentorship. Other passions include traveling, baseball, cooking, hiking, learning new skills, and spending time with family!

Lisa Hanna

Lisa Hanna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently providing services in the greater Knoxville, TN area. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2004 and a Masters of Psychology from Capella University with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021. Lisa has worked with children for the past 20 years as a preschool and elementary school teacher and has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for the past 4 years. Lisa has experience working with children and adults in homes, community settings, and schools. Lisa's passions are helping to improve the lives of others and working closely with families and clients on specific and individualized behavior goals that will bring about meaningful change.
